Welcome to Köln

By: klaus | December 9th, 2008

In my first post, I just wanted to welcome everyone to the home of FC Köln and look forward to telling you more about my club. Die Geißböcke have had a superb start to this season and are mid-table with nineteenth points. Lead with the genius of Christoph Daum, Köln has been a thorn in the side to upper-tier of the Bundesliga and quickly established itself as far more than a club which has just been promoted and hopefully on the way to returning to the upper echelon. I look forward to telling you about all the exciting things of FC Köln, including Lukas Podolski ongoing efforts to finally move here.

Welcome aboard Klaus. Köln is truly a great city, and it deserves to have an achieving football club representing it. I’m a Bayern supporter, but will gladly cheer when you take Poldi off our hands.

Thank you all for comments, it is very nice to be a part of this.

Do not worry about the teasing Steven. I actually am pleased to see someone can joke and have fun online. I do not think you can be a true fan of the Bundesliga without watching ‘Gladbach. I know I look forward to being at their match against Nuremberg : )
