It has been confirmed by Podolski himself. He will return in the summer. Matthias, get ready for the ‘party’. Wow, I can imagine how the city itself will react that the prodigal son is really coming back.

But anyhow, what a ‘ride’ all of us have been on! We finally have an ending to this transfer saga.
